Notes: Still a little fried from the Saturday workout. Clean was super slow and all over the place. Got 265 off the rack position, but it floated away and trying to save it took too much energy. I'm at peace with it. The push pressing was solid at least.
Woke up at 198.0. Deload coming up, need to play it smart.
Fun fact: 18 years ago today was the day I decided to quit being fat and lazy and start getting in shape. Considering how long this training log has gone, that's pretty crazy. Been a good journey so far.
