Skipped the CG bench and just did some rehab work on the shoulder.

I'm really glad to hear that your shoulder is doing better. Don't push yourself too hard. It sounds like you are having some good experiences with your new school and with the gym. I can't wait to see the results in person. Less than a week! Love you. Keep up all the hard work~
