Notes: Going a little high on my first two, questionable on the last.  Weight is not issue, lacking hip flexibility.  Going to do a cycle on a lower box squat to remedy that.

  1. third one looked a little high, but no big deal. low boxes will help take care of that. you look like you have a lot more in you though. you seem to be lacking the explosiveness. mix that in with what you got now and well be seeing some 450 vids pretty soon.

  2. Yeah, I've never worn a belt, don't really know how too, haha.
    I hold back a ton of squats because I've always been paranoid about depth.  After a cycle of low box squats, I should hope to put up a major PR.  Thanks for the support!

  3. It looked like you paused about a quarter of the way down on one of those sets, and I thought, "Hey, that's not very far", and then you kept going. You have great control. I think when you can descend a little faster, your numbers will shoot up.
