Training Log: Entry 1254

Notes: Feeling stronger again.  Probably had one more as a horrible rep, but no reason to do that.

Bench 175+3 chains

Notes: Advancing too quickly, might have to wave the weight down.  Final sets were a ball buster.

Vertical pulls were a mess, stick with me here.

Notes: Wanting to start something new, and the v handle works great.  Might boil these down to 10x10 and then start adding weight.  Feels nice on the elbows.
