Good bench. Hey, if you want to help out a retard, could you read my recent entry on fat loss and tell me if it sounds like I'm on the right track? I remember you said you never count calories and just ate clean. Currently, I'm past the point of dedication to where I'm eating only a few clean foods every day, eggs, cottage cheese, meat, and a couple others, etc, and I realized if I'm doing that, and still stalling on fat loss somethings got to be fucked up.
