Notes: This was a real ball buster this week. Definitely liking how this is shaping up. Quad was bugging me a little at the start.

Notes: Upping the weight as I get closer to the meet. Time to speed up rehab. I need to spend more time warming up, it seems to help break up whatever is in my hamstring. I might consider something like 100 reps of the bar on non-training days.
