Training Log: Entry 1267

Notes: KB swings have been great.  My hips start driving earlier and earlier into the pull, saving my back a ton.  My lockout is garbage though, too much hitching.  I haven't been locking out any of my squats as a means for hamstring rehab, and I think it's starting to show.  Meet is 1 Dec, so after this cycle, nothing but fully locked squats.  Should slow down hypertrophy and improve lockout.

Notes: Threaded a 5lb plate through the chains.  Looks like the ghost of Jacob Marley.
