Notes: Felt terrible going into these and thought for sure the weight wasn't going to budge, but it flew up. Think I've just been moving too slow on the initial breaking off the floor, as this time I tried to rip it off the ground. Also, I'm remembering how to use hip drive now. Drive the hips BEFORE the knees are locked out, and then lock the knees once the hips are forward.
