Treadmill run

Incline: 1%
Speed: 7.7
Distance: 1.75 miles
Time: 13:33

Notes: Toward the very end of the run, started to feel "in the zone" again.  I haven't felt that in years.  It was pretty crazy.  End goal is to work up to 3 miles while being over 7.5.
