Notes: Warm-ups weren't going great today, and on the last set of pick-ups I felt my bi-annual back twinge. Called it a day at that. Hubris got the best of me, this has been an amazing training cycle, and I was getting greedy. Next time, I think I'm going to shoot for 6ish reps total, maybe even try out my deadlift suit.
