(9) Squat to chains 530

Notes:  Great cycle, lifetime PR.  Also realized I've been really stupid about adding more volume on this movement in the beginning of the cycle.  I could always start from the bottom, hit reps until I can't go anymore, RACK the bar instead of letting it fall onto the chains, and then rest and start over from the top instead of the bottom.  May have to try that.
