(7) Chain Suspended Bench Press 325

Notes: Felt strong on these today. Left elbow was tracking a little odd, putting some strain on the shoulder. I walked into this with the gameplan of rest pausing like I do on deads, but I've noticed that pushing doesn't allow me the same ability to do that as deadlifts do. Squats, presses and benching are all "one and done". It may purely be psychological, or maybe something physiological is at play there.
