Notes: This is taking too long to set up and work with, and it's making this entire workout take too long.  It used to be my shortest, now it's my second longest.  I'm thinking of keeping this movement for one set, either at the very beginning or very end of the day, and training something a little more basic to develop some pressing strength.  It's not a bad circus act lift, but not worth the investment.
