ReplyDeleteYeah, when I get to the end of my squat cycle, I'm hitting competition depth and starting from the top, but I haven't hit a single in a long time. When I was away from the chains this summer, I was hitting some amazing all time squat PRs, with my best being 545 for a triple IIRC. I still can't stand the lift, but I'm getting better at it, haha.
