  1. Pulling 405 double-overhand has been a goal of mine; I'm currently up to 375 for 5 reps.

    Pretty good considering you train with straps and that means your grip strength is therefore shit (right???).

    1. I'm sure you could manage for a single at this point. It is amazing how much I run into the mentality that using straps actively makes your grip weaker, haha.
