Notes: Stance was off today. Was wider than usual, which made breaking off the floor harder and had me keep scraping my hands on the way up. Woke up 2lbs lighter than usual and palms and feet have been sweating all day. Belt didn't fit well either. Curious if these are symptoms of something.
