Training Log: Entry 46

Roads were too icy for any type of roadwork.  Couldn't even walk to the damn gym without risk of injury.  Stayed inside and did my leg/ab day bodyweight routine.  If problem persists tomorrow, I'll jump rope for cardio.

Little update: My knuckles no longer bleed or get cut during bareknuckle training.  Possibly result of both conditioned knuckles and hitting directly rather than dragging.  Either way, I feel accomplished.

  1. Glad the ice has melted and isn't as slippery as yesterday.  I am happy that you are still able to do a bodyweight routine when running isn't an option.  It is good to hear that your knuckles do not bleed anymore.  All that conditioning paid off!  I am so proud of you...Keep up the good work!!!! ~aloha~

  3. I guess thats good that your knuckles aren't bleeding anymore. Bet your hands still look scarred up and battered from trying to get them in this conditioned state though. Keep up your training, sounds like that will get you one step closer to your goal. I'm betting that you'll simply keep hitting the bag harder until they start bleeding again though .
