Notes: Been a while since I was working around this weight, and it feels so much better.  Have high hopes for this cycle.

Crazy drop/super set (each weight listed was 5 front squats followed by 5 squats)

Notes: Was squeezed for time, so just did something intense.  It's the next morning right now, and DOMS is already pretty decent.  Will need to work abs and lower back some other time.
