(24) Chain Suspended Seated Overhead Press 230

Notes: Hit the chains pretty awkwardly on rep 3.  Just not having a great time this cycle.  The plus is that the first rep always flies up, which should hopefully be some decent carryover to single rep work.

Closer Grip Bench 250+chains

Grenade ball hammer curls against short minibands

Notes: Still screwing around here, but like what I got going on with this. Going to work up with band progressions, getting up to 5x15 before starting over with a thicker band.  Got a bunch of these, so should keep me occupied for a while.

Lateral raise/pull aparts

Notes: Starting doing some heavy cheating with the lateral raises.  Holding on to the side of the power rack and just swinging the arm.
