Are you finding you have to gain weight to keep this progression up? It's just insane to think about a 700 deadlift at someone around 200 (well, any weight of course, but especially that!).
ReplyDeleteI've been hanging around 205 for the past 2 months or so, but the day of this training I was back down to 201.5. Still not really heavy changes in terms of walk around weight, this just seems to be where my body likes to be.
DeleteThanks for the accolades. I keep seeing internet warriors online talk about how a 700lb deadlift at 200lbs is impossible as a natural and it just makes me laugh. This might be my last run on this current cycle before I have to reset, but I know that it's well within my grasp at this rate.
