Notes: Evening workout. Had to rush. Basically circuited between the pulldowns, presses and pull aparts the whole way up. 6 reps of 206 felt light, but I fell out of the groove and had nothing left for the 7th.

Notes: 3 rounds, no stop between. From one to the other and back again. Just trying to quickly get in my assistance work.
General notes: Woke up at 197.2. Serious GI issues today. Not sure if I'm sick or just ate something off.
