Training Log: Entry 2343

Notes: 30 seconds rest between sets.  Noticed I was counted breaths vs seconds last time, so really tried to keep things tight.  My whole body is hurting, especially forearms.  Gonna up the glucosamine.

Weighed in at 196.6 this morning.
