 Training Log: Entry 2683


Slept until 0618 and started the day off with 40 rounds of Tabata burpees over bar, fasted.

Did this



I managed 152 reps in 30 minutes using 156lbs on an axle at an estimated 185lbs bodyweight.  


Finished up with a not quite 2 mile walk with an 80lb vest with the dog.


Deload has begun, Deep Water next week.
