DE lower body day
DE lift: box squats, 8 sets of doubles at 165lbs
Notes: Form a little bad at first due to soreness, but got into my groove
Lunges: 4X8-9 at 50lbs
Form much better than ME day
Everything else the same.
Box squats will raise your other lifts by a lot. Good stuff.
