Notes: Starting to really figure crap out here.  Learning how to replicate the thumbless feeling with a full grip by pressing the bar against the outer edges of my hands.

  1. Awesome bench! Is pressing with the FG very different? I use them on dumbbell pressing already but have never used them on a barbell.

  2. It's not terribly different.  It effectively acts as a mini-camber, which is cool for the increased ROM, and it's a little less pressure on the elbows too.
