Awesome bench! Is pressing with the FG very different? I use them on dumbbell pressing already but have never used them on a barbell.
ReplyDeleteIt's not terribly different. It effectively acts as a mini-camber, which is cool for the increased ROM, and it's a little less pressure on the elbows too.
