 Training Log: Entry 2524


PM WORKOUT (1500)

20 seconds on/10 seconds off of the following

Round 1: Stone of steel to shoulder
Round 2: 40k KB swings
Round 3: Burpees


For 50 rounds


Notes: Still a solid circuit.  Pushing the rounds gets punishing.  Also knocked out all my daily work in the AM.
