General notes: Woke up at 196.0. Not too terribly sore from the 20 rep deads.
How long do you typically rest between your heavy squat sets? I feel like I've always been lazy about lower body training and I'm pushing the pace more now.
ReplyDeleteIt's honestly hard to say, since I'm performing movements in between squats. If I had to eyeball, I'd say 2-3 minutes, but I've never been one to time myself.
