Airdyne

Tabata intervals for 10 rounds

5 minutes light cycling

Tabata intervals 8 rounds

Notes: Rainy out, great excuse to hit the Airdyne.  Really loving how quickly this can suck. 

Woke up at 197.4.  Gonna be a compressed training week as I go on vacation on Thursday.
