Notes: Wanted to see how fast I could knock this out with the reduced weight. Unbroken burpees through out, and had a little more gas in me so went with the 135 to round it out. Belt squats went well afterwards. Just solid.
hey good job , how exactly are you doing these 4 rounds ? do you do 50 chins move on to the next one and do it 4 times or do you do as many as you can and move on to the and do it 4 times ?

DeleteThe way I have it written is I am doing 14 chins on the first round, then 12s for the next 3, for a total of 50 in 4 rounds. I move on to the ab wheel after the chins, then the next move, and after 4 moves are done, start back over on chins
