Got in fasted daily work this morning, then

Burpees broken by kid
30 seconds rest
100 unbroken burpees (6:59)
Notes: Not my best time, but given the circumstances I'll take it. Despite my self-destructive instincts, with tomorrow being deadlifts, I'm avoiding loading my body with anything external.
