  1. Hi Mythicalstrength. Just wondering do you have any special protocols you use to relieve pain from elbow pain from pressing? Or do you just take it easy and keep working till the feeling clears up?

    1. Very much the opposite: taking it easy makes pain worse. The body learns that being in pain results in the reward of less work. I use Steve Pulcinella's "Paleo Rehab" approach, where I keep putting demands on the painful area to force it to heal.

    2. Even he seems like he takes it easy for 6-9 weeks though.

"In the past my form of rehab was to wait about 6-9 weeks after major tendon reattachment, and then just start training hard as possible again and force the joint and surrounding muscles to keep up. Guess what? IT FUCKING WORKED!"

    3. You quoted him discussing his post surgical rehab, but I thought your question was regarding pain from training. I can definitely share my post surgical approach if THAT is what you are interested in.
