Treadmill Run

Speed: 7.5
Incline: 2.0
Distance: 1.25
Time: 10:00

Notes: Feeling much better than last week, but still absolutely zero desire to do this.  Kinda excited about the upcoming competition because I can justify losing the run to focus on events.

Woke up at 195.4.


  1. I'm a little curious as to what the purpose is for this in your training right now. Can I ask why?

    1. My job requires an annual physical fitness test with a run component in it, so I do this to maintain my running fitness. It's one of those things where it doesn't require much to maintain, but letting it go forces me to use a lot of resources to rebuild it.
