Slept until 0658, fasted 40 burpees over bar, then an afternoon remix of yesterday
10 min EMOM.
* Odd minute max ABCs
* Even minute max burpee into Stone to Shoulder
Original plan was 6s every minute on ABCs: the pace for 30 in 5.
...that fell off.
This was pretty brutal. Start of the deload week.
